What is a vibration test?

The

products are delivered around the world daily in packages and transport containers. Vehicles, ships or aircraft can transport them, but in any mode they are exposed to vibrations. The vibration test is often used as a tool for quality control to expose products to vibration before transport. The results can be used to design and packaging to reduce damage and bouncy. Vibration testing is also used to monitor field pumps and engines. When the part is attached in a vehicle or transport container, the movement stops and the part moves in the opposite direction and creates vibrations. This movement is called the spring constant and the movement will continue if the vibration is reduced by wrapping and tape designs.

There are two ways to create vibrations for quality control tests. On part A, a simple fraying unit has been placed either for a period of time or until part of the failure. The second method is to place a part or package for a vibration test machine that afterIt moves in one or several ways depending on the design. Stress tools for vibration effects can be placed on the test part.

One -way test machine moves the test part either back and forth or up and down. Hydraulics or electric motors can be used to control a test device, with hydraulics used primarily for lower speed tests. The one -direction test can be a piston that moves back and forth and creates a similar movement in the test part.

Multi-directional test devices can imitate real conditions better than a single-shaped shaker. A device supplied on trucks or ships can be subjected to this type of vibration test. Different movements created by the test cause of tension similar to those that were seen during boating.

Vibration protection includes a sufficiently thick part to withstand damage and creation of packaging and rewr forIncorrect containers that resist vibration. Box containers must be tested for vibration resistance because they are used on boats and trucks and are exposed to various voltages. Tests for container transport may include a number of tests for strength and vibration resistance.

Shell container must be resistant to repeated vibrations and voltages of loading, movement and weather. The container content should be tested to form the corresponding packaging and secondary packaging that resists vibrations and shocks in loading and handling. The vibration test can also be performed on the container tab systems to confirm that the container does not open from repeated voltages.

When watching field pumps and engines used in industrial processes, many of them have connected to the pump cover. The intermediate shaft must have minimal vibration to ensure a long -term life. The driving shaft alignment can also be monitored using a portable vibration test device.
