What is a biogas generation?
Biogas generation is a biogas production to generate alternative energy for electricity, fuel and various other purposes. Biogas, which is odorless, flammable gas, which consists mainly of methane and carbon dioxide, is produced when organic matter is distributed by anaerobic bacterial digestion. Organic mass used for biogas production includes human waste, animal fertilizer, food waste, waste water, paper crops, etc. These bacteria, which are commonly found in soil and water, first use enzymes to convert mass into amino acids and sugars. The sealed nature of the biogas generator prevents oxygen input and prevents biogas from output after production. The captured biogas can then be diverted into a combined heat and power unit to be transformed into heat and electricity for various practical uses. The rest of the waste in liquids and solid forms is obtained after the biogas formation. It is called digestate and can be used as soil fertilizer.
