What are the different types of amplifier flight cases?

There are several different types of amplifier flights made to protect musical instruments from the bumps and the slam associated with the airline. Two of the more popular styles of amplifier flight are aluminum flight cases and cases covered with plywood and plastic laminate. All different cases of amplifier flight are lined with protective foam and offer both crush protection and shock from extreme knocks, drops and bumps. This type of case also commonly includes a removable cover that can be removed for performance and replaced when the show is completed. These types of amplifier flight cases are usually one of the most expensive and in fact mount the amplifier on the rollerized lower part of the housing for easier operation. These cases are also allowed to allow several cases to be connected together and create a wall of amplifiers for a large show.

Many of the best flight cases are made fromaluminum and offers protection and protection against crushing elements. Many aircraft are not of heat in the load area. This can undergo tools placed in holding aircraft for serious weather changes between hot and cold when the aircraft reaches altitude and descends. Protective cases allow the content to remain much longer than typical cases at a stable temperature, partly due to excellent insulation inside the housing. There are flight cases designed for small amplifiers with one speaker, half -stack amplifiers with four speakers, and full -stack amplifiers with eight speakers.

Amplifier cases with a full stack usually require three separate cases of amplifiers, one for each speaker box and one for power. For some designs, cases simply open up to reveal the amplifier mounted inside. This allows the crew to set and tear down the phase sets very quickly, as cases must be closed and secured to place them on a truck or aircraft. Is not uncommon for flightThe amplifier cases have the band name and also the marking number defended on the outside of the case. The ENT number allows the crew to find out where the specific amplifier is to be placed.
