What are the different types of smartphone software?
smartphones have become a standard tool for many people. These phones run on special software for smartphones designed for specific models. Examples of this software include Android®, Windows CE®, Windows 7®, Palm® OS, Mac® OS and BlackBerry®. Each operating system is designed for a specific type of phone.
OS Palm® was one of the first available types of software for smartphones. It was created in 1996 for a new mobile calculation market. The Palm® smartphone allowed users to write tasks and manage their calendars that were previously not unavailable on any phones.
After Palm® introduced personal data (PDA) devices, many companies have created their own competitive equipment. Among them was the BlackBerry® mobile device. BlackBerry® Smartphone Software provided mechanism for sending and receiving e -mails on a remote device. This transformed smartphone technology and made the device more usable for businesshes and informal groups.
Windows CE® software was the next generation of the phone and provided access to Microsoft Office mobile versions. Windows CE® was the first mobile software to provide advanced data processing capabilities on portable mobile phones.
The most sophisticated smartphone software packages are those that run smartphones iPhone® and Google® Droid. Both of these devices provide advanced graphics and computer processing capabilities with the Internet. The iPhone® smartphone created Apple Corporation. This phone starts the reinforced version of the Mac®S operating system. These phones run on a software that requires a special Mac® operating system and a software application to change thefone.
Smartphones Google® Droid have similar features to iPhone®, but runs onOpen standard Java system. This phone is a direct competitor of iPhone®. These phones provide similar graphics and capabilities of users, with droid more attractive for software development due to open access to free tools to create applications for Internet.
Windows 7® uses one of the latest Smartphone software programs available today. This phone is based on the Windows® mobile version with many modern features. The Windows® phone provides an efficient version of the common Windows® interface.
