What is Leapster?

Leapter is a hand -held electronic game system designed by Leapfrog, a leading manufacturer of educational toys and games. The Leapter Learning System is portable and driven by AA batteries. The system supports the educational software library also designed by Leapfrog with games for children aged from pre-K to 4th year. The system is available in pink and blue and has a large color screen with the controls of the buttons and the stylus for the game. Leapster Educational Library Software consists of numerous titles, many of which have licensed characters such as Spongebob Squarepants, Bratz, Spiderman and The Incredibles. The number and recognition of the number and letters, mathematical facts, phonetics and reading, music and creativity are just some of the skills that learn and strengthen in games.
