What Is a Mobile Dialer?

Dialing is the process of using a modem to call another computer or network and log in. After the user uses a modem to connect his computer to the telephone line, he can dial a phone number to the remote host to establish a connection with the host. [1]

Dialing is the way and process of using a telephone line to connect to the network.
In order to use dial-up to connect to the Internet, the hardware equipment required is modem
Dialing mode is a way for users to dial local digits for local calls, domestic long distance calls, and international long distance calls. The dialing method of GSM mobile communication stipulated by the technical system of China's mobile communication network is (take China Mobile Network as an example):
Mobile users-fixed users (including simulated mobile users) 0XYZ PQR ABCD;
Fixed User-Local Mobile User 139
ABCD;
0139ABCD for fixed users and mobile users in other places;
Mobile user-mobile user 139ABCD;
A special service for mobile users is OXYZlXX, where only 119 is required for fire alarms, 110 for bandit police, 120 for emergency centers, and 122 for traffic police centers;
International user-mobile user ID prefix + 139ABCD;
Mobile subscriber-international subscriber 00 + country code + the domestic valid phone number. among them
0Domestic long-distance right prefix;
00International long distance calling prefix;
XYZ-long distance area code, consisting of 3 or 2 digits;
PQRstation number;
ABCDuser number. When the long-distance area code is 2 digits, the user number can consist of 4 or 5 digits;
LXXspecial service number.
Because the network access number of the GSM mobile communication network is "139", "139" has both the box characteristics of special service numbers and the characteristics of long-distance area codes. Because both international and domestic long-distance calls are analyzed by "139" and they are connected to China Mobile's GSM mobile communication network.
According to the technical system of China's telephone network, the dialing method is the block dialing method. That is, in a block number area (one long-distance number area is a block number area), users do not need to dial long-distance area numbers when calling each other. When users in the numbering area call each other, they must dial the long-distance area code of the called blocked area.
Therefore, when a mobile user calls a fixed telephone network user, the users in the two blocked number areas communicate with each other. The mobile user needs to dial the long-distance area code of the location of the called fixed user.
Conversely, when a fixed user (including a simulated mobile user) calls a mobile user, the user in the two locked sections also communicates. The fixed user should dial the "long-distance area code" 139 of the mobile user, but the long-distance prefix "0" must be added before the long-distance area code. "To know that the number after" 0 "is the long-distance area code.
This raises the issue that wherever a fixed user calls a mobile user first
