What Is a Monolithic Integrated Circuit?

Monolithic integrated circuits are integrated circuits that independently implement unit circuit functions without the need for external components. To achieve monolithic integration, the integration of some resistors, capacitors, and power devices that are not easy to miniaturize, and the isolation of the components from each other in circuit performance need to be solved.
