What is the Pager code?

Pager Code is a system for sending words or messages via Pager using only numbers. When the pagers, also known as beeps because of the sound they make, were first captured at the age of 80, they could only display numbers and not letters on the screen. This was often used to display a phone number that the owner should call back, but soon developed the alphabet of Pager and a numerical abbreviation. People started sending messages either by entering numbers associated with certain letters or shortening the message to an understanding sequence that represented a much longer message.

Almost everyone knows at least one pager code, even if they don't realize it. In the United States and other areas where those who have problems can dial 9-1-1 in emergency situations, the Pager code "911" means an emergency or urgent message. This is still seen in many films and TV shows where the character looks down in the middle of the conversation to see the "911" flashing on his pager and must escape to save Tden.

The other Pager codes are vocalcated using the common alphabet. The alphabet can be confusing because there are more letters than individual numbers. Some letters use the same number, such as "E" and "F" that use number 3, while other letters use two numbers. For example, the "K" letter is often represented by number 15. The person who communicates in this way can change the system slightly to something that and his friends can easily understand.

For quick communication in the Pager code, common codes such as 911 have become popular. Another example is the Pager Code 143, which means "I love you". Initially it seems confusing, but in fact it is just a representation of the number of letters in every word. "I" is one letter, "Love" is four and "you" has three letters, so it creates code 1-4-3.

codes are often changed on the basis of an area. While one country can 911 as an emergency code can have another country another emergency phone number, acrossPosition 999. Individuals could create their own phrases and share them with friends and co -workers to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Popular code for "Hello" is 07734. When the pager is turned up, this code seems to set the word "Hi."

Today, mobile phones have largely replaced Pager. Mobile phones allow easy calls and text messages on the go, and Pager is still outdated. However, the Pageers have also evolved and can use the numbers and letters to send a message. Hospital and other places where fast communication is to quickly use the Pager system to alert workers to an emergency or urgent matter.
