What Is a Record Player Cartridge?

Record player turntable, electric equipment used to record records. Invented by American inventor Edison in 1877. In the early 1970s, it was not easy to listen to music. Although record players were already available, ordinary people did not. With the advancement of technology, record players have evolved and evolved into tape recorders, CD players and digital mp3 players.

The techniques we have applied in the past have been gradually replaced by today's technology. They have progressed in design with our digital age. Many big guys have been redesigned and turned into surprisingly small sizes. Maybe we would laugh at the fact that these things once represented the cutting edge of technology, but we can't discount their historical status because of this. Without these digital skills, our past applications have been gradually replaced by today's technology. This digital era has progressed together, and many big guys have been redesigned and turned into surprisingly small sizes.
Whether the speed of the record player is stable or not directly affects the playback quality. Generally, it can be tested by speed debugging card
First check whether the power is on. For example, check whether the fuse is blown, and whether the plug is in poor contact with the socket. After confirming that the power supply is normal, listen carefully to the motor for sound. There are three situations: the motor is not rotating and there is no sound, the motor is not rotating but there is a buzzing sound, the motor is rotating normally but the turntable is not rotating. The analysis is as follows:
If the motor does not rotate and there is no noise, the possible reason is that the motor coil is disconnected, and the joints of the motor are welded or faked. If the motor does not rotate but there is a buzzing sound, it may be that the power supply voltage is too low, making the torque of the motor low and unable to move; or the motor rotor is stuck and needs to be disassembled for cleaning and refueling. In some players, the bearing of the motor changes due to vibration during transportation or moving, which causes the rotor to "stuck" and malfunction. At this time, the pagoda wheel can be used to hold the pagoda wheel back and forth, left and right for a few times, or use a small hammer to tap the motor stator to reset its bearings and resume normal work. The motor does not turn but there is a buzzing sound, the power should be cut off quickly to eliminate the fault, so as not to extend the motor for too long to increase the fault of the motor.
The motor rotates normally but the turntable does not rotate, indicating that the fault is in the mechanical transmission part. For example, the rubber back-up wheel can't reach the turntable or the pagoda wheel, the drive belt of the player using the belt drive is broken, the mechanical transmission part is seriously oily, and the operation is slippery. .
