What is the LED surface holder?

LED surface mounting, also known as SMD LED, is a diode emitting light, which is directly mounted and soldered on a circuit board. Without guidance and surrounding packaging, the standard LED is actually a relatively small, preferably manipulated by an automated assembly device instead of a person. Without the epoxy of the standard light emitting diode cover, which has a focus of the generated beam, the LED surface holder also has a very wide view angle, usually from 100 to 140 degrees.

As a standard light emitting diode, LED surface holders release almost no heat. Usually it also has similar requirements for low voltage and low current. They are usually used to indicate the status of the device on the base plates, routers, hard drives, USB flash drives and any other application where there is physical space for bonuses.

LED surface mounting is ideal for the button, the keyboard neoLCD display backlight due to its wide point of view. They were even used to light the interior and dashboard in vehicles. Some manufacturers have generally created an accounting solution LED lighting by combining LED surface mounting, resistance, small circuit boards, a small easy -to -air lens package and several feet of cables. This provides versatile, cool and bright LED light that runs on 12 DC volts and is small enough to be mounted almost anywhere, such as lighting the holder on the cup of the car. Variants include a wide range of colors and more light emitting diodes for extra brightness.

On a larger scale, LED surface mounts are used to create some internal display screens. A huge amount of diodes can be arranged in tight clusters of red, green and blue, so it is easy to generate different colors. The technology on these screens, which can be found in shops and other businesses, also sets out to much larger outdooreje.

The term LED surface assembly may also apply to the physical package of more LEDs, often 10 or more, which is designed as a replacement for the external male automobile light based on bulbs. In this case, the surface mounting eases the mounting of such luminaires on the surface of the vehicle. The reason is a lighter, more flattering case and also thin low -current cables. Such lights are much more likely to consist of standard LEDs, often with metal reflectors, rather than the LEDs described above. These bright LED lights are generally used for rotary signals, tail lights and brake lights.
