What is GroundSpeak®?
GROUNDSPEAK® is a company that exists as one of the basic channels for people to engage in the hobbies of GPS hunting known as geocaching. The company was founded as a means that helps further develop and manage the popular website Geocaching.com, which was one of the first websites that hobbies have provided a space for the cache, create forums and communicate with the larger Community Geocachers. Since it was founded in 2000, GroundSpeak® has created another GPS -related website such as Waymarking.com and Whego.com.
The geocaching world was born in 2000, when the US made GPS signals available for public use. Almost immediately, GPS users came up with the idea of geocaching, where players create a hiding place and provide coordinates to other players who have to use their GPS devices to hunt prey. After finding a stash site, players can take what they find, but they can be expected to replace any treasure with something for the tdal geocacher. GROUNDS founderPeak® Jeremy Irish to help to provide demand for a community site where Geocachers could keep up on the latest Stash® sites and activities, created Geocaching.com along with Elias Alvord and Bryan Roth.
over the years Groundspeak® has established itself as a pioneering company among the geocaching community. When he was supported by the zealous community, Irish and cohorts had little difficulty gaining support for his geocaching website, which attracted the help of some of the most famous and passionate geocachers, such as Jon Stanley, better known as the Moun10bike. Stanley's traceable geocoins - the first of its kind - are legendary in the world of geocaching. Groundspeak®, through geocaching.com, helped the pioneer of the arrival of traceable treasures that became a popular hobby. The company has its own brands that people can register and track through the site.
6 ilISH decided to expand Groundspeak® and began to develop other places. Other Groundspeak's® sites have also focused on using GPS to facilitate entertaining social interactions. Waymarking.com is a website that allows people to record the coordinates of the unique and interesting places they have visited around the world. Others are then encouraged to visit these places and record their own favorite places. Where is the next game based on GPS devices in which users are invited to find the location of the real world through coordinates, but which also includes elements of fantasy games.
