What Is Praxeology?
Human behavior (Praxeology) is a discipline that studies human behavior. The term was first coined by Alfred Espinas in 1890, but what really became known began with the Austrian economics scholar Mises.
Human Behavior
- Behavior is the characteristic of life, and life is composed of body and soul. The body is a tangible element of the composition of life.
- Human behavior can be classified as follows:
- A. Isolated personal theory
- B. Voluntary trade theory between people (Transaction Economics, or Market Economics)
- When bartering
- 2. When using a transaction medium
- a. The situation in the free market
- b. When the market is disrupted by violence
- c. When the market is destroyed by violence (socialism)
- C. War-Hostile Theory
- D. Game theory
- E. Unknown territory
- F. Von Mises' theory later.
- The basic points of studying Behaviorology are:
- 1. A person's personality is determined by heredity. Except for the methods of Genetic Engineering, other methods cannot be changed.
- 2. The human soul can be shaped and changed, because the most important part of the soul is the knowledge acquired through learning.
- 3. People must control their behaviors in order to adapt to the environment in which they live (including natural, social, and own physical environments) and live in harmony with the environment.
- Humans' methods of controlling their own behavior can be divided into two major levels: one is self-control, and the other is the control of social groups. The main purpose of self-control is to enable yourself to live in harmony with other members of society. The method is called "cultivation". Including: self-study, self-examination, self-discipline and so on. The main purpose of social behavior control is not only to enable members of society to live in harmony with each other, but also to enable human society and the natural environment to live in harmony. Control over the behavior of social groups is also called "ruling." The method is very complicated and can be summarized into the following four major aspects:
- 1. Education: It is the main method of acquiring knowledge and the primary work of shaping the soul. It is also the basic method of controlling social behavior and grasping social development.
- 2,
- 1. In a specific environment, a person with a specific personality has a specific behavior.
- 2. In similar environments, people with similar personalities or similar groups have similar behaviors.
- 3. Any kind of behavior will have more than one consequence accordingly. Any behavior that controls behavior will have more than one consequence accordingly. And the consequence of any kind of behavior has its own inherent evolutionary law, which has nothing to do with the subjective desire of the actor and the actor who exercises control.
- It is a local environmental condition that the designer intentionally arranges in order to control the behavior of some local social groups, including false information and coercive means (including means of war). Strategy is a common method of locally controlling group behavior in a short period of time, and conspirators usually use certain conditions to achieve their goals, such as desire, feelings, environment, and information. Strategy is the most common and most commonly used method of short-term behavior control. Every manager in modern society must be an expert who can implement strategy. The knowledge of modern strategy has developed very impressively, forming a university question with the participation of many experts and scholars.
- The term "belief" does not specifically refer to cultural, political, and religious beliefs, but refers generally to a phenomenon that prevails in society. It is a phenomenon of conviction and infinite worship of a certain cultural thought, ideology and values, as well as a leader, certain special events (such as war) and certain special objects (such as icons) . This is the meaning of the word "belief" to be discussed in this article. Carefully study and analyze this phenomenon of "belief" that is common in society, and find that it contains both "trust emotions" and "ideas", which are completely different and cannot be separated.

- "Behavior" is a large science, which can be divided into two categories: "macro" and "micro" according to the scope of study. The research content of Macrobehavior has two parts: one is Basic Behaviour, which studies the basic laws of human behavior; it is the basic knowledge that every manager should have. The second is "Social Behavior", which studies the laws and consequences of social group behavior, as well as methods of control and monitoring, to provide a basis for government policy decisions. The research scope of "Microbehavior" is very extensive. Those who study the laws of social units and organizations can be called "organizational behavior", those who study the laws of consumer behavior can be called "marketing behavior"; It can also be called "criminology", so it cannot be listed one by one.
