What is a projection advertisement?
Design advertising is basically a video projection system that projects advertising or other media types on a large outdoor surface, such as the side of the building. It is mostly used as a tool for marketing events for short -term, transient audiences such as those found at trade fairs, sports events, premieres of films, product and political gathering. Some advertising includes various interactive elements that allow users to directly join and even become part of the projected image.
The type of device used to project these extremely large images on different surfaces are usually projection systems resistant to weathering, which include one or more powerful projectors, monitoring camera and system, some type of environmental control system and computer from which projection promotional displays are checked. The surfaces used for this type of advertising include rivers, lakes, sidewalks, large buildings and sides of large ships.
LARGE corporations project their logo and brands on the sides of their buildings and factories. Likewise, film companies are projecting ads, film trailers, and coming attractions on the sides of buildings adjacent to the theaters of the film, while people are waiting on long line on the street. These advertising media for projections can go anywhere where the crowds are and can be set quickly. It is ideal for events where a large number of people are collected or for high -traffic areas such as traffic jams and parking facilities outside large sports events.
The maximum size of any type of projection advertising is limited only by the type, size and overall performance of the projection device used. Currently, projected advertising images range from 10 x 15 feet (about 3 x 4.5 meters) up to 200 x 300 feet (about 61 x 91 meters). The level of brightness, clarity and visibility to depend on the surrounding lighting effects from the surrounding sources, projection surfaces and projection equipment. Images may seem static or animated
Of course, the best advertising is advertising that brings new customers and increases sales. Unlike tested and established methods of traditional advertising, which include television, radio, press and outdoor media, the projection media is relatively new. The metrics used to determine the efficiency of specific types of advertising must still measure the overall efficiency of the projection advertising. For some, the advantages of image screening, logo or messages on any surface have a great value.
