The essay mainly focuses on the main line of publicizing the state funding policy, demonstrating the effectiveness of funding education, strengthening gratitude and inspirational education, and highlighting the theme of "gratitude, self-reliance, responsibility, and dedication." The student funding management agencies of cities and counties directly under the province are responsible for the collection, preliminary evaluation, and recommendation of students' essays at the city level and the counties (districts) under their jurisdiction. (For the number of recommended essays, please refer to Annex 1.), and complete the preliminary evaluation before May 10. The outstanding manuscript electronic documents will then be reported to the Provincial Student Financial Aid Management Center. Provincial secondary vocational schools can choose to send no more than 2 papers, and directly submit electronic documents to the Provincial Student Aid Center before May 10.

Localities and universities attach great importance to essay collection activities, make full use of the organization of essay collection activities, vigorously publicize the subsidy policy for students with financial difficulties in families, vigorously publicize the results of state funding, and vigorously promote education equity and people's livelihood improvement. It must be launched in depth, deployed to every school and class, and constantly expand the participation of students and continuously improve the effectiveness of publicity and education. 2. Call for papers must focus on the theme, the content is realistic and touching, is representative and educational, the writing style is plain, and the text is about 1000-3000 words (see the cover style of the work in Appendix 2).

The Provincial Department of Education organized experts to conduct provincial selection on the basis of the preliminary evaluation of each city, and divided the vocational group and the Pu Gao group into several first, second, and third prizes and outstanding awards. The selection results were announced in mid-June and award certificates were awarded. The winning essays will be recommended for publication on relevant media in the province, as well as on Anhui Education Network, Anhui Vocational Education Network, and Anhui Student Funding Network. At the same time, the organization awards will be selected based on the city's recommended essays and awards.
