Therefore, in the development of holistic nursing today, communication between nurses and patients is very necessary to understand the psychological and physical status of patients, provide patients with correct information, reduce patients' psychological and physical pain, and improve the effectiveness of treatment and nursing. Therefore, the author believes that the communication between nurses and patients must have the following conditions.
- Appearance refers to a person's clothing, attitude, and grace. A beautiful appearance often gives people an intimate, dignified, and pure impression.
- 1. The nurse's white and clean work clothes and work caps not only play a preventive and isolation role, but also represent the dignity and responsibility of the nurse. Therefore, there is a strict requirement for nurse clothing. For example, the nurse's clothing should be fastened, and the skirt should not be exposed outside the white work clothes. For example, when wearing a swallow hat, you must have a generous hairstyle and keep your hair neat and groomed. In principle, light makeup can be applied. This light makeup is based on the patient's needs and the light and elegant overall tone of the hospital to show the overall quality and aesthetics of today's nurses.
- Attitude of nurse
- The basic posture of a nurse should be elegant, healthy, and energetic. Every move, every word and every act must be stable, accurate, gentle, and agile. When performing shifts and meetings, you should be serious, stand upright, sit and sit. Phase, generous, decent everywhere. The nurse's expression is the nurse's appearance, and the concentrated expression of behavior on the face has the greatest effect on the patient's psychology. The friendly and natural expression of the nurse, especially the smile service, can make patients suffering from the disease have peace, friendliness, happiness, and sense of security, make patients feel the true feelings of the human world, the good life, and actively cooperate with treatment to help recovery. The expression of the nurse should also be consistent with the environment and place, otherwise it will have the opposite effect. For example, when the patient is in pain, the nurse is still "smiling". It is a symptom of lack of compassion, which will cause the patient to feel resentment and it will be difficult to gain the patient's trust. .
- The moral cultivation, moral conviction and moral quality of nurses affect and determine the fundamental attitude of nurses towards nursing work and patients, and influence and restrict nurses' behavior and work quality. Therefore, the purpose of nurse cultivation is to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, and constantly improve the spirit world and perfect oneself in ordinary work.
