What Are the Different Types of Logistics Qualifications?

Logistics personnel refer to those who are engaged in the operation and management of procurement, storage and transportation, distribution, freight forwarding, information services, etc. in the fields of production, distribution and service.

The "National Professional Standards for Logistics Engineers" was entrusted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to be formulated and implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The national professional standard for logistics professionals was officially promulgated on January 23, 2003. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security decided to launch a unified national professional qualification certification for logistics professionals in 2006. Practitioners must go through corresponding training and unified national examinations and obtain a professional qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor before they can get employed. The National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security certification strictly implements the principles of "unified standards, unified propositions, unified training, unified examination management, and unified certificate issuance." After passing the examination, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China will uniformly issue the "People's Republic of China Professional Qualification Certificate", and implement unified numbering, registration management and online inquiry. The certificate is used nationwide.
There are four levels in this profession: logistics staff (National Vocational Qualification Level 4), assistant logistics division (National Vocational Qualification level 3), logistics division (National Vocational Qualification level 2), senior logistics division (National Vocational Qualification Level 1) level). Logistics Staff (National Vocational Qualification Level 4)
(1) Logistics staff (National Vocational Qualification Level 4)
1. After obtaining the relevant professional graduation certificate, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years, and achieved the required standard number of hours of vocational training for the professional logistics staff level, and obtained a certificate of completion.
2. Continuously engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 5 years.
3. Obtain the secondary vocational school-based vocational (professional) graduation certificate that has been verified and confirmed by the labor security administrative department (now the administrative department of human resources and social security department) and aims at developing intermediate skills.
(2) Assistant Logistics Specialist (National Vocational Qualification Level 3)
1. After obtaining the qualification certificate of this professional logistician, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. He has reached the required standard number of hours of vocational training for this professional assistant logistics teacher and obtained a certificate of completion.
2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional logistics staff, he has been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 5 years.
3. Obtain a graduation certificate from a senior technical school or a higher vocational school-based vocational (professional) graduation certificate that has been approved by the labor security administrative department (now the administrative department of human resources and social security department) and has advanced skills.
4, with relevant majors and related college education, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.
5. Have a bachelor degree or above and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year.
(3) Logistics Division (National Vocational Qualification Level 2)
1. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional assistant logistics engineer, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. He has reached the required standard number of hours of vocational training for this professional logistics teacher and obtained a certificate of completion.
2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional assistant logistics engineer, he has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 5 years.
3. Have a bachelor degree or above in this major and related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.
(IV) Senior Logistics Specialist (National Vocational Qualification Level I)
1. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional logistics division, he has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years. He has reached the required standard number of hours after vocational training of senior professional logistics division and obtained a certificate of completion.
2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of this professional logistics division, he has been engaged in this professional work continuously for more than 5 years.
3. Have a master's degree or above in this major and related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years.
Note: Relevant majors (occupations) refer to economic management, enterprise management, project management, material management, warehouse management, transportation, and information management.
