- 1. Under the leadership of the Minister, according to the production or engineering progress, prepare various annual, quarterly and monthly procurement and supply plans, and assist in the implementation after approval.
- 2. Coordinate with the Finance Department in a timely manner to ensure the purchase and purchase of funds according to the monthly approved supply list of raw and auxiliary materials and the payment plan approved.
- 3. Regularly understand the inventory of raw and auxiliary materials, as well as the production and sales situation; propose or modify the next procurement plan in a timely manner to avoid the phenomenon of backlog or shortage of feed.
- 4. Responsible for sorting and registering invoices, original receipts, quality inspection certificates, and payment and settlement documents for purchasing materials, conducting statistics and checking, and reporting any problems in a timely manner.
- 5. Promptly check with purchasers and custodians the price, quantity, and total price of the materials arriving, in transit, and continuously clean up the payable, receivable and prepayment items, and clear the detailed accounts of incoming, outgoing, and monthly accounts and make statistical reports.
