What Does a Floor Layer Do?
The raised floor surface is a special raised floor block, which is assembled with cross beams, rubber cushions and metal brackets for height adjustment. The raised raised floor surface layer is laid on the cement base layer (surface layer).
- (1) Variety of materials. According to the processing order plan, organize the access of materials such as raised floor panels, brackets, etc.
- (2) Material market inspection.
- 1) The surface of the raised floor should be flat and solid; wear resistance, pollution resistance, aging resistance, moisture resistance, flame retardancy and static conductivity shall meet the design requirements.
- 2) Raised floor covering includes standard floor, special-shaped floor and floor accessories (ie bracket and beam components). The bearing capacity of the surface layer of the raised floor block used shall not be less than 7.5 MPa, and the volume resistivity of the system shall be: 1.0 × 10 5 to 1.0 × 10 8 for Class A boards; 1.0 × 10 5 to 1.0 × 1010 for Class B boards.
- 3) Each technical performance and technical index shall meet the requirements of the current relevant product standards, and there shall be a factory certificate and a test report for the performance required by the design.
- (3) Material transportation and storage.
- 1) To prevent damage to the floor surface and avoid pollution, the product should be stored in a clean and dry packing box, and a cushion isolation layer should be placed between the boards. The outside of the packing box should be strong and pressure-resistant.
- 2) When the product is transported, it should be protected from rain and sunlight, and it must be handled gently to prevent bumps. [1]
- Various types
- Install the support and beam components: According to the position of the grid line, place the support and beam, and adjust the screw of the support so that the beam and the level control line are at the same height and level. After all the supports and beams have been installed and formed into one body, they should be leveled once with a spirit level. The space between the support and the base layer should be filled with epoxy resin and should be firmly connected. Can also be fixed in accordance with the design requirements. [1]
- (1) Ejection positioning. The position of the elastic line is required to be accurate.
- (2) Fix the bracket and beam.
- 1) The space between the support and the surface of the base layer should be filled with epoxy resin and firmly connected. It can also be connected by expansion bolts or nails.
- 2) When laying buffer rubber strips on the beam, white latex should be used to adhere to the beam. When laying the raised floor block, adjust the level to ensure that the four corners of the contact are flat and tight. Do not use padding.
- (3) Paving panels.
- 1) For the installation of anti-static raised floor, the joints between the panel and the surrounding wall and column surface must be tight.
- 2) When the raised floor does not meet the modulus, the insufficient part can be cut and inlaid according to the actual size, and corresponding supports and beams should be equipped.
- 3) Sealing measures shall be taken at the edges of the cut plate. The cut panel must be installed after sealing.
- 4) The raised floor should be made of wooden skirting at the joints with the wall; special-shaped raised floor should be used for the ventilation openings.
- 5) After checking the pipelines and wires laid under the raised floor, do not place raised floor blocks. [1]
