- Since entering the 21st century, China's refrigeration and air-conditioning industry has entered a period of rapid development. With the gradual integration of China's economy and the world, China's industrial base capabilities have become stronger and the advantages of labor costs have gradually emerged. Therefore, many countries in the world have moved the base of refrigeration equipment manufacturing to China, which has driven the rapid development of the domestic refrigeration industry. These have determined that at least for a long time to come, the demand for refrigeration engineers will only increase, not decrease. Refrigeration engineers usually work in offices and construction sites. The office environment is basically comfortable, basically no danger, no occupational disease danger. After accumulating experience, they can develop to management positions such as project manager. [1]
