- Chapter III Members

- Article 10 Members enjoy the following rights:

- Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:

- Chapter IV Organization and Responsibility

- Article 18 The Board of Governors shall be held once a year in principle, and may also be held in the form of communication under special circumstances. The council must be attended by more than two-thirds of the directors, and its resolutions must take effect after two-thirds of the directors vote.
- Article 19 The China Employment Promotion Council has a standing council. The standing council is elected by the council, and exercises the powers of Article 17 (a), (c), (f), (f), (g), (g) during the intersessional period of the council.

- Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use

- Article 37 The asset management of the China Employment Promotion Association must implement relevant state regulations and accept the supervision of the member congress and the financial department. If the source of assets is a state appropriation or social donation or funding, it must be subject to the supervision of the auditing agency and the relevant situation shall be announced to the society in an appropriate manner. - Article 40 The salary and social insurance and welfare benefits of full-time staff of the China Employment Promotion Association shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations of relevant institutions under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
- Chapter VI Amendment Procedures
- Article 41 Amendments to the Articles of Association of the China Employment Promotion Association shall be submitted to the member congress for consideration and voting after discussion and adoption by the Council.
- Article 42 The amended articles of association of the China Employment Promotion Association shall take effect within 15 days after being approved by the member congress, after being reviewed and approved by the competent business unit, and submitted to the registration and management organization of the society for approval.
- Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Disposal of Property After Termination
