A labor relations coordinator refers to a professional staff member who is engaged in publicizing and supervising the implementation of labor security laws, managing labor contracts, participating in collective bargaining, promoting labor-management communication, and preventing and handling labor disputes. In the Occupational Classification of the People's Republic of China (2015), the code is 4-07-03-02. There are four levels in this profession, namely labor relations coordinator (National Vocational Qualification Level 4) [1] , labor relationship coordinator (National Vocational Qualification level 3), labor relationship coordinator (National Vocational Qualification level 2), senior Coordinator of Labor Relations (National Vocational Qualification Level 1). In the "Notes on the Adjustment of the Public Contents of the List of Occupational Qualifications" issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on February 21, 2017, the occupation of the labor relations coordinator was officially included in the list of occupational qualifications.

- Relevant professions include: labor and social security, human resource management, labor economy, social work, law, etc.
- Those who meet the following conditions can apply for Level 4 / Intermediate Workers:
- (1) Has worked in this occupation or related occupations for 4 years or more.
- (2) Obtain a graduation certificate from a technical school or related major 2 (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained a graduation certificate); or obtain a secondary professional degree or related from a secondary school or higher vocational school that has been evaluated and demonstrated with intermediate skills Professional graduation certificate (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained a diploma).
- (3) Students in college or related majors.
- Those who meet the following conditions can apply for a third-level senior worker:
- (1) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) for level 4 / intermediate worker in this occupation or related occupations, , have worked in this occupation or related occupations for a total of 5 years or more.
- (2) Obtained a vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) for the fourth or intermediate level of the occupation or related occupations, and has a graduation certificate from a senior technical school, a technician college (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained a graduation certificate); or Occupational or related vocational level 4 / intermediate occupational qualification certificate (skill level certificate), and has a vocational school or related professional graduation certificate (including those who have not yet obtained a diploma) Graduates).
- (3) Having a college diploma or a related major graduation certificate, and obtaining a vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) for the fourth or intermediate level of the occupation or related occupation, accumulated a total of 2 years (including) of work in the occupation or related occupation .
- (4) Having a college degree or a related professional education certificate, and obtained a vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) for the fourth or intermediate level of the occupation or related occupation, and has accumulated a career in this occupation or related occupation for more than one year (inclusive) .
- (5) Have a master's degree or above in the major or related professional qualifications (including the current graduate students who have not yet obtained a diploma).
- Those who meet the following conditions can apply for Level 2 / Technologist:
- (1) After obtaining the third-level / senior professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupation, he has worked in this occupation or related occupation for more than 4 years (inclusive).
- (2) Graduates of senior technical schools and technician colleges who have obtained the vocational level 3 / senior professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) for this occupation or related occupations, have worked in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years (inclusive); or obtained this Graduates of technician colleges with vocational or related vocational preparatory technician certificates, have worked in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years (inclusive).
- (3) Having a college degree or a related professional education certificate, and obtaining a third-level / senior professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) for this occupation or related occupations, accumulated a total of 2 years (inclusive) of work in this occupation or related occupations .
- (4) Having a master's degree or a related professional degree certificate, and obtaining a third-level / senior professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) for this occupation or related occupations, accumulated a total of 1 year (inclusive) of work in this occupation or related occupations .
- (5) Hold a doctoral degree or related professional certificate, and have worked in this or related occupation for more than 2 years (inclusive).
- Those who meet the following requirements can apply for Level I / Senior Technician:
- After obtaining the second level / technical professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupations, he has worked in this occupation or related occupations for 4 years (inclusive) or more. [2]

- At present, labor relations coordinators are mainly distributed in regional mediation agencies, local industry unions, industry associations, entrepreneurs associations, and internal human resource management, labor union, and legal departments of employers. By the end of 2004, nearly 200,000 labor dispute mediation committees had been established nationwide and more than 8,000 regional labor dispute mediation organizations. Hundreds of thousands of people are fully engaged in related work.
