What Is an Administration Bond?

The administrative guarantee and security deposit system is a system of postponing the execution of administrative punishment decisions in public security management punishment. If the person detained by the ruling or his family can find the guarantor or pay the security deposit in accordance with the regulations, the original ruling will be suspended during the appeal and litigation period. The elements of this system are: (1) limited to detention penalties in public security punishment; (2) a security deposit or guarantor must be provided; (3) the execution can only be postponed, and the security deposit will be refunded in accordance with regulations when the award is revoked or commenced.
