What Are the Benefits of Universal Health Care?
The universal medical service system established and funded by the British government includes a two-tiered medical system, namely the community-based first-line medical network, and general family physicians and nurses who usually provide medical care in the community. The second floor is the hospital service of the NHS. The specialists in each department are responsible for taking over the patients referred by the GP, or handling some major accidents and emergency patients.
