What is Blended Oil?
Blended oil, also known as high-heavy oil, is an edible oil made by proportioning more than two refined oils (except flavor oils) according to the needs of use. The blending oil is transparent and can be used as oil for simmering, frying, frying, frying or cold mixing. Blended oil generally uses refined soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, cottonseed oil, etc. as the main raw materials, and can also be equipped with refined rice bran oil, corn germ oil, camellia seed oil, safflower seed oil, wheat germ Oil and other special oil esters. The processing process is as follows: According to the needs, two or more refined oil esters are selected, and then deacidified, decolored, deodorized, and blended into a blended oil. The shelf life of blended oil is generally 12 months. At present, blending oil has only enterprise standards and no national standards. The development prospect of blended oil is good, and it will become one of the oils that consumers love.

- According to the latest scientific research, the fatty acid composition ratio of edible oils that meet the requirements of physiological metabolism and nutrition should be: saturated acid: monounsaturated acid: polyunsaturated acid = 1: 1: 1-15, and (n-6) :( n-3) = 4: 1, called 4: 1
- The final draft of the compulsory national standard for edible plant blending oil has been adopted by various ministries and commissions, and is awaiting approval from the National Standardization Management Committee. An authoritative source of the National Cereals and Oils Standardization Technical Committee said on August 23, 2012 that the compulsory standard is mainly reflected in the disclosure and supervision of the formulation of edible blended oils. National standards for edible plant blended oil are expected to be introduced from the end of 2012 to the first half of 2013.
