Diagnosis can be based on the above symptoms.
1. Abnormal anatomy of bladder neck or sphincter nerve injury in urethra: such as postoperative injury of enlarged prostate.
2. Nerve injury: Nerve injury caused by postoperative rectal cancer.
3. Obstruction: posterior urethral stenosis, posterior urethral valve, hypertrophy, etc., prevent semen from being discharged outward.
4. Drugs: take antihypertensive drugs, antipsychotic drugs, etc.
