What is a notebook keyboard?

The notebook keyboard is an input device used with a notebook. Like the keyboard for a desktop computer or typewriter, keys are used to enter individual symbols. The standard notebook keyboard acquires a flat layout connected to the bottom of the monitor and can contain different key arrangements and symbols. Most notebook keyboards condense multiple symbols into smaller buttons to accommodate less space.

It is used to enter the text, a conventional notebook keyboard contains a complete alphanumeric set of symbols. These keyboards have letters A from A and number 0 to 9 in a normal QWERTA layout - named for the first six letters in the upper alphabetical layout.
