What is a Large Format Scanner?

A large format scanner is a computer peripheral input device. The biggest difference from our ordinary home (commercial) scanner is the width, length, accuracy, and image quality of the scanning format. Generally, scanners that scan larger than A3 format (29.7CMx42CM) are collectively referred to as large format scanners.
