What is a pocket computer?

Pocket PC is a reduced version of a full size computer that you use in your home or office. Although they are the size of a small diary, pocket computers are the right computers. They have many full -size computers and can run sophisticated software applications. They are compact enough to fit into the shirt pocket and usually weigh around four to six ounces (113-170 grams).

The early version of the pocket computer was first created at the age of 90. It was a small manual device called Palm Pilot, which had a basic organizer equipment. In 2000, Microsoft introduced a pocket version of its Windows operating system. The term Pocket PC is unique for personal digital assistants (PDA) using Microsoft.

Pocket PC is a very sophisticated organizer. It can function as an extension to your Microsoft Outlook software on your computer on your desktop computer. Propocket PC software applications are almost similar to those of the desktop computer.Some have small, rotating keyboards on which you can write notes, letters and emails. You are also working on tables, creating PowerPoint presentations and dictating voice notes using a built -in recording device. Everything can then be stored and downloaded on your computer on a cable or infrared technology.

Pocket PC means that you no longer have to be tied to the office to do business. Wherever there is a mobile phone signal, you can do business as usual. The business day can even start with a daily train or bus to the office. This could be particularly useful to get crammed in the last morning meeting at the last morning.
