What Are Lifting Magnets?

A device with an iron core inside that uses a current-carrying coil to make it magnetic like a magnet is called an electromagnet. The iron core should be made of soft iron or silicon steel that is easy to magnetize and easy to lose magnetism. Such an electromagnet is magnetic when it is energized, and then disappears when it is powered off. Electromagnets have extremely wide applications in daily life. The invention of the electromagnet also greatly improved the power of the generator.

There are many advantages to lifting electromagnets: electromagnetic lifting
1. Fully sealed structure, good moisture-proof performance.
2. Computer optimized design, reasonable structure, light weight, large suction power and low energy consumption.
3.
When the iron core is inserted inside the energized solenoid, the iron core is
Simple self-made lifting electromagnet:
1. Enamelled wire and iron nails are required as its body; the battery or power supply is supplied with current.
2. Note: The varnish at the end of the enameled wire should be scraped off or burned; the enameled wire should be wound in the same direction; the end of the enameled wire should be tied and tied tightly. [2]
Product applications cover coal preparation, coal transportation in power plants, metallurgy, iron and steel, metal mining, cement and building materials, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, port transportation, brick and ceramics, glass, papermaking, grain, oil, food, and railway logistics. [3]
1. (R 5M) is not allowed to stand within the working range of the lifting electromagnet.
2. When the lifting electromagnet is lowered, do not drop it to avoid damaging the coil.
3. It is generally not allowed to lift metal with a temperature above 200 degrees Celsius. When lifting metal from 300 degrees Celsius to 700 degrees Celsius, a lifting electromagnet with a special heat sink should be used.
4. During continuous operation of the lifting electromagnet, it should not exceed 8h in summer and 12h in winter to prevent the coil from overheating and burning. [2]
