What are the different methods of pipe design?

Design

Duct is a critical part of the passage of warm or cold air throughout the building. There are mainly four main types of pipes that distribute and suction air in the heating and air conditioning system (HVAC). The trunk and branch method, radial method, spider method and peripheral loop perform this task in different ways and usually correspond to a specific type of building.

All pipe design revolves around the furnace unit. Air conditioning, while its unit is located outside the building, also passes through this unit to integrate the same channels. The furnace is usually located in the basement of the house or building and its size depends on the building. Houses often have a furnace of refrigerator, but large buildings can have more furnaces that can occupy the whole room. Regardless of the size, all pipes turn around this place in the building because it is a source of all air that is ventilated.

Toment of Trunk pipe and Branch is one of the most common. Usually this type of pipe installationIt consists of two large main channels that leave the furnace in opposite directions and run directly below the center of the building, similar to the tree trunk. From this main pipe, several branches of similar smaller pipes shoot. These smaller branches lead to individual rooms and provide heating and air conditioning.

Another popular method for pipe design is radial configuration. In this formation, several branches of the pipeline turn off directly from the furnace and detect each room individually. This method works for smaller houses and buildings, but may be ineffective for larger buildings due to the amount of pipeline.

The pipe design style of the pipe design is similar to radial configuration, but a little more efficient. In this configuration, several main pipes stem from TPEC, but as soon as these channels near the rooms have been divided in several directions to achieve a suitable ventilation opening. Configuration often looks like a spider's legs.

perenImer loop is probably used by the least HVAC DUCT professionals. This configuration takes the radial method of using individual channels leading to each room, but adds another element. Each individual channel is connected around the perimeter of the building by added channels, so the loop passes through excess or cold air to the next hole.
