What is the soil tube?

The soil tube is a PVC or a cast iron tube used in plumbing installations to remove polluted or contaminated water from the toilet. The soil pipeline differs from the normal waste water removal pipes in general that they are generally larger in diameter and are designed specifically to remove solid waste from the toilet. Most plumbing installations consist of a combination of soil and waste water lines and each has its own specific features and requirements. Most of them include pipe sizes, fittings and routing reduction specific to each type, even if both are eventually venting into the common main sewer line.

The nature of the soil water waste causes its removal from any installation of a safe and completely contained fashion technically complex, but critical in terms of health and safety. Soil water usually contains large amounts of paper and faecal solids that are introduced into the waste removal system with a relatively large amount of flushing water. WasteWater from manual river basins, vanas and kitchen pans do not contain anywhere near these amounts of solids and are not exposed to a rapid increase in water flow.

soil water also requires the soil tube to be considerably larger than the conventional waste water pipe to adapt larger volumes. The average inner diameter of the home soil is about four inches (about 10 cm) and the diameter of the typical waste water pipe is 1.5 inches (about 3.8 cm). It must also offer as few internal obstacles or capture as possible to prevent the soil pipe system to prevent lint and paper accumulation in the blocking of the pipeline. Due to their size, the routing of soil pipes can be problems when the toilets are not located in rooms bordering on the outer walls of the building. Toilets in inner rooms may need specialized land pipe sets that use smaller pipes and specially designed flushingsystems.

The layout of the soil pipes should also be followed by strict stops, such as adequate venting, correct falls or pipelines and paste installation to prevent the building from entering. In addition, the materials of pipes and joints should be the right signs. Soil tanks of water that receive several soil pipes must also be properly designed and installed to prevent backing up soil water and flooding toilets. The way in which waste water and soil pipes enter the distributors for introduction to the sewer lines, it is also subject to strictly restrictions on the same reason for the same reason.
