What are the different types of laser cutting machines?

In the production industry, three main types of laser cutting machines are used. They include moving material machines, optics flying machines and hybrid configuration machines. Different types of lasers can be used for any of these types. Laser cutting machines are usually used to detach flat sheet or pipe material used in many industrial projects.

MOVING Material is one machine configuration used in laser cutting. In moving material machines, the laser beam remains stationary, while the material moves using an automatically mobile surface located under the laser. The advantage of using this type of machine is that the opening of the laser and the surface of the material is kept apart at constant distances. Although this machine uses less optics, it is also one of the slowest options.

Flying Optics configuration is the fastest option. These types of machines have a movable laser beam paired with stationary material. Laser pThe only is able to move along the eight x and y material, which contributes to the rapid completion of the machine. One possibility of flying optics is that the constant mobility of the laser head leads to a constantly variable length of the beam. This can be modified by alignment of optics or using tools specially designed to maintain the distance between the laser hole and the material constant.

hybrid configuration, other standard configuration of laser cutting machines, combines functions from moving materials and flying optics. In hybrids, the table moves along the axis of x movement, while the laser head moves along the Y axis. This combination of movement leads to a constant laser current before optics can fly. The hybrid also leads to less energy loss and greater energy efficiency than flying optics.

In addition to these thronfiguration of the primary EE machine, laser cutting machines come with RotzTypes of lasers. Three primary types of lasers are nepylumium laser, laser nesthymium yythrium-aluminum-odev and laser what 2

Laser CO 2 is the most popular and mastering boring, cutting and engraving materials. There are many variants of these types of lasers depending on the type of industrial work that is performed. Laser cutting machines are used for cutting a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, titanium, fabric and plastic.
