What is the bolt fibers?

The screw fiber is a manual or powered tool used to cut the thread to new steel screws or to re -bold the thread on the screws with damaged threads. Hand -operated and electrically controlled screw threads use a standard head or matrix that rotates around a steel material or screw. These heads are equipped with either an integral cutting surface or a set of interchangeable cutting inserts. The powered screw fibers are generally a relatively large static tool mounted in the workshop, while hand -controlled varieties are portable and usually fit into the average box with the tool. Both types are used with a specially formulated cut paste that acts as a lubricant and helps to remove cuts from the head.

The characteristic spiral fibers that give motif forces that allow the screw or the corresponding nuts to be tightened are cut into an empty steel round supply with cut thread. These tools can be manually operated or driven by electric motors. INIn both cases, the cutting head is equipped with a set of cutting ridges rotates around the steel stock and cuts the thread and progresses its length. The cutting combs are either an integral part of the head or are cut to the end of the removable inserts that occur in the channels milled in the head. Of course, integral heads, or have died, can of course reduce only one particular fiber spacing and profile, while the interchangeable heads of the insert can be used to cut any number of different fibers.

Types of threads of electrically controlled screws are relatively large, heavy machines that have a stock clamp and fastening on the engine mounted on a robust table. The hand -controlled screw threads are generally formed from a double -sided handle to lock or lock the head. In both, the cutting head is turned around an empty steel round bar to cut new fibers or around the stripped screw to re -developexisting fibers. When the fibers are cut, they are as a guide to the cutting head procedure along the length of the rod or screw, and new fibers are cut in the procedure.

Both screw types are always used with cutting paste. It is a special compound that lubricates the section point and relieves the amount of stresses located on the cutting edges. It also helps in removing swarfs or cuts from the cutting area and away from the cutting head. No screw fibers should ever be used without cutting paste, as this can lead to accelerated death wear or even overall cutting surface failure.
