What is the belt?
The pulley is a pulley that drives or moves the transport belt. A good example of the drive pulley is the belt and the power pulley that turns the rotating brushes in the vertical vacuum cleaner. In the vacuum cleaners, the driving pulley consists of a drum consisting of a wheel and axle. Klavy can have belts, chains, cables or ropes that run over a bike that sometimes has a groove to suit them.
The pulley is one of the six simple machines, along with the inclined plane, lever, wheels and axle, wedge and screw. Mechanically speaking, the pulley changes the direction of the applied force and transmits this rolling movement to something else. The pulley system can also multiply strength. The conveyor belt, which is also called belt conveyors, is a material loop that runs between two or more pulleys: drive pulleys and idle machines. The purpose of the transport strips is to move objects along the belt of the milking location.
in the system dopraThe belt has a power pulley applied to it and the idle is a pulley that does not have the strength. The pulley drive causes the belt to move towards them, while the tensioning pulley simply turns around and allows the belt to move. Power can be derived from the engine or can be provided manually. The larger the materials or goods that move the conveyor built.
There are two types of transport strips that use power pulleys. These include strips that process materials such as moving products or boxes in the factory, and those that process bulk material such as coal or grain. Inside, there are usually material strips, as in a grocery store that move along items to buy at the cash register. Transport of mass materials are usually a blow.
Belts operated by power pulleys usually have two or more layers and are usually made of rubber. The inner layer is a thick layer called the carcass, which is next to the pulleyY, and the outer layer is called a cover. For strength, carcasses are usually made of cotton or plastic network and the cover is rubber or plastic.
