What Is a Lock Washer?

The part of the finger pad between the connected part and the nut. Generally a flat metal ring is used to protect the surface of the connected member from being scratched by the nut, and to distribute the pressure of the nut on the connected member.

Washers are divided into: flat washers-C, large washers-A and C, extra large washers-C, small washers-A, flat washers-A, flat washers-chamfered-A, high for steel structures Strength washers, spherical washers, tapered washers, square bevel washers for I steel, square bevel washers for channel steel, standard spring washers, light spring washers, heavy spring washers, internal tooth lock washers, internal serrated lock washers, External tooth lock washers, external serrated lock washers, single-ear lock washers, double-ear lock washers, outer tongue lock washers, and lock washers for round nuts.
Flat washers are generally used in connection parts. One is soft and the other is hard and brittle. Its main function is to increase

1. Grade C washers have no Ra3.2 and deburring requirements.
The materials of rubber gaskets are usually NBR (nitrile rubber), SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile rubber), EPDM (Ethylene-propylene-diene rubber), SILICONE (silicone), VITON (fluorine rubber), CR (
The rubber ring and metal ring are integrally bonded and vulcanized. It is a sealing ring used to seal threads and flange connections.
Combination washers (6 photos)
The ring consists of a metal ring and a rubber gasket. Anti-rust treatment of metal rings, rubber rings generally use oil resistant nitrile rubber or fluorine rubber. The combination pads are available in metric and inch sizes. There are standard JB982-77 regulations for the combination of metal pads and rubber in combination pads. Combination gaskets are used for threaded pipe joints and screw plugs. It is generally used with ferrule pipe joints to block oil ports. It is mainly used for static sealing of end faces of threaded joints of hydraulic valve pipe joints. It is applicable to British and American standards. The static sealing of the end face of the joints of British threads and French and German standard metric threads. The combined sealing gasket can be divided into A type and B type according to the structural form; it can be divided into all-inclusive and half-inclusive according to the difference of the rubber.
