Table knife performance test

1.Corrosion test: 100: 1 salt water is immersed at 60 degrees for 6 hours, and slight rust marks are allowed on the surface. The rust marks must be cleaned by test, and there must be no corrosion dents with a diameter greater than 0.4MM.
2. Strength test: 1. Place the product on the electronic scale platform, the product is 20 degrees from the electronic scale, and apply 60N force to assemble the product.
2. Place it on the tester platform, and let it be subjected to a force of 0.7N / MM or 100N at any point for 10 seconds. Eligibility criteria: No permanent deformation greater than 1MM after the force test.
3.Floor test: The product is freely dropped 20 times from different directions to the hard ground from a height of 1M, and the product has no serious problems such as bursting, fracture, distortion, deformation, looseness (the height is determined by the weight of the product)
4.Hardness test: The hardness of the knife is between 48-52HRC (inspection according to customer requirements).
5.Sharpness test: The blade must be sharp after the blade is reversed. Applying 20N can cut a piece of 8gA4 paper.
6.Material element test: The content of the material elements used must meet the order requirements.
