What Is a Tractor Forklift?

The first tractor manufacturing plant is a very large enterprise producing agricultural machinery in China. Located in Luxi District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. The foundation stone was laid on October 1, 1955, and was put into operation on November 1, 1959. There were more than 37,000 employees in the 1980s. The first tractor manufacturing plant has an annual production capacity of 20,000 tracked tractors, 60,000 wheeled tractors, 10,000 100-series diesel engines, 1500 rollers, 500 off-road trucks, and 300,000 bicycles. It also produces forklifts , Fuel pumps, generator sets, tobacco machinery, pressure vessels and more than 50 products in 6 series. In addition to meeting the needs of various industries in China, the products are also sold to more than 50 countries and regions. Now the company's name is China Yituo Group Co., Ltd., which belongs to China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd.

In October 1958, China Yituo started to upgrade its agriculture in accordance with the actual needs of China's agriculture. In 1959, it successfully trial-produced the Dongfanghong 75 track tractor, which improved the operating efficiency by 45% and reduced fuel consumption by 3%. In 1966,
After building a factory in Yituo, it was a small society. There are kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, hospitals, and gymnasiums in the family area of Fangshili. It can be said that the clothing, food, shelter, health, education, etc. of more than 100,000 employees and their families are all under the control of the factory. Everyone uses the factory as their home, works hard, and often works overtime on weekends without complaining.
After 1978, the state no longer issued a production plan to YTO, and ordered the Dongfanghong-40 tractor, which has great development potential, to suspend production, which caused YTO's development to suffer major losses. Crawler tractors are slow-moving, and tens of thousands of employees are looking for rice, and some branches even sell beef.
After 1980, the state no longer issued a mandatory plan for the delay. At the same time, due to the implementation of the joint production contract responsibility system in the countryside, large tractors were no longer needed, and the sales of Dongfanghong crawler tractors dropped sharply. Dongfanghong crawler tractors sold more than 24,000 units in 1980, but fell sharply to less than 10,000 units in 1981.
Like many state-owned enterprises, "finding rice for the wok" has become a "buzzword" for cadres and employees, and "small donkeys have high toes and tractors leave for recuperation" has become a smooth feature in the agricultural machinery market.
In 1981, YTO took the lead in conducting market research in the agricultural machinery industry, and tailored a new 15-horsepower wheeled tractor for farmers, which is commonly known as the "small four-wheeled", in response to the new needs of farmers after contracting production. Trial production was successful in 1982 and mass production was made in 1983. The sales of the small four rounds were very popular, and the sales office was lined with long queues all day. The Oriental Red Ferry has not only made YTO prosperous, but also led the entire agricultural machinery industry out of the trough.
Since 1982, a total of 2 million small four-wheelers have been dragged off the assembly line in China, making them the largest domestic production of small four-wheelers, and many Chinese farmers have also driven the Orient Red Four-wheelers onto the road to prosperity. More importantly, companies have tasted the sweetness of adapting to the market and continuously cultivating new competitive advantages, and have started continuous product changes.
YTO has carried out 24 major technical transformations on tracked tractors, and subsequently developed tracked tractors with 80 hp, 100 hp to 160 hp, which made the model's technological level jump from the 1950s to the 1990s. To this day, it still plays an important role in farmland and water conservancy construction, and it also deforms dozens of models of construction machinery products such as bulldozers, excavators and mobile power stations.
At the end of 1984, China's First Tractor Manufacturer and other units began to develop 59-2A medium tanks. An initial prototype was manufactured in October 1985, equipped with a 105mm artillery with a light thermal jacket, a simple two-way automatic metering simple fire control system, a head mounted composite armor, an automatic fire suppression device and an automatic fire extinguishing device. At the same time, it adopts hot smoke screen and smoke screen launcher, hydraulic power-assisted control device and engineering operation device. Tests show that the firepower and maneuverability of the tank have been significantly improved compared to the 59-type tank, and the protective power, mobility and use performance have also been greatly improved. The working reliability is good. The process inheritance of the original 59-type tank is strong and the cost is low .
In 1988, the technical department of YTO set out to digest and absorb the extra-large horsepower wheeled tractor technology imported from abroad, and developed new products with higher technical content. In 1998, the production base of YTO high-power wheeled tractors was established. Beginning in 2000, the Oriental Red Big Wheel dragged onto the fast track of development, and production and sales rose rapidly. Today, the Oriental Red Tug has covered 60 to 200 horsepower, a total of 26 series, more than 200 varieties, and more than 2,000 models.
YTO manufactured the first tractor and the first in China
In January 2018, it was included in the first batch of China's industrial heritage protection list. [1]
