High-pressure tubing abnormal vibration

The abnormal vibration at the high-pressure oil pipe joints, leading to oil leakage accidents, is a more complicated problem. Because the high-pressure oil pipe is connected to the high-pressure oil pump and the injector, which belongs to the fuel injection system, its role is very important.
High-pressure oil pipes can withstand high pressures of up to 150 MPa. Abnormal vibrations can cause huge losses, and there are also great fire hazards. To troubleshoot, the opening and closing of the injector needle valve during work will cause strong high-frequency vibration of the high-pressure oil pipe, which is one of the important reasons for the damage of the high-pressure oil pipe. For this reason, the middle part of the high-pressure oil pipe can be fixed on the fixing members such as adjacent bolts with clips to reduce resonance. In addition, the quality of the high-pressure oil pipe should be properly controlled, and the pipe clamp should be installed in the correct position. If there is a leak in the high-pressure tubing joint, some emergency measures we need to know are:
1. Use a soft metal sheet or plastic sheet to cut a small circular ring pad in the joint cavity, and then press the horn head;
2. Use a fuse or cotton thread to wind the shoulder a few times along the tightening direction. Tighten the joint nut. You can use soap or chewed bubble gum or chewing gum on the nut seat.

When the rubber hose of the hydraulic system pressure is between 25-8.0MPa, the sticking method can be adopted: wipe the area around the hose rupture clean;
Apply one of "anaerobic", "epoxy", "801" or "502" glue to the crack (the length of the glue is about 2-3 times the length of the crack); use adhesive tape or The canvas strip is laminated and wrapped around 4-5 layers of glue (each layer should be coated with glue); the two ends of the canvas strip are marked with a dead knot; it can be used after it has solidified for 15-20 minutes. Transposition method: In the hydraulic system, the rubber hoses of the same oil circuit have the same specifications but bear different oil pressures. Most of the ruptured hoses are hoses with high oil pressure. For example, among the two oil pipes of the same size on the boom cylinder of the W4-60 excavator and ZL series loader, the oil pipe that is connected to the large cavity of the boom cylinder is always subjected to large oil pressure. According to this, the transposition method can be used: simple sticking or bundling of the ruptured hose; interchange the large and small cavity oil tubes of the boom cylinder. Precautions for high pressure tubing

The above methods are emergency methods in emergency situations, and the performance of the hose will then be greatly reduced. Therefore, in actual applications, to avoid the situation of the hose rupture, it is necessary to perform regular inspections and more maintenance.
