What is Avionics?

Aviation electronics, Avionics is a field that includes assembling and installation of electronic systems on all types of air and space equipment. Avionics plays a role in the construction of aircraft from small aircraft to a large commercial aircraft. At the same time, avionics are necessary for the creation and continuing function of satellites and all types of spacecraft.

The motivation for the establishment of avionics as a specific field is usually considered related to military needs. Before the 1970s, different electronic components and systems were developed under different types of disciplines, but were not considered functionality in relation to functionality as a working unit. Since the need for faster and centrally controlled functions has been shown, the air electronics have become the integration process all these different individual electronics into a cohesive working system that would increase the overall efficiency. In fact, commercial airlines used manyabout the same approaches to a great effect. As computer technology continued to evolve in the second part of the 20th century, Avionics has relied strongly on this technology to help create integrated platforms to control such basic functions such as communication, displays of systems and automatic navigation systems.

Since the use of commercial airlines continues to increase worldwide, Avionics continued to improve protocols and structures of integration of systems, allowing the aircraft to move faster at a higher efficiency level. At the same time, Avionics has also helped to increase the safety of people traveling through the air, as the device often allows you to monitor the Wonders, the location of other aircraft in the immediate vicinity and other obstacles that could pose a threat to aircraft.

Development in avionice also helped space programs to cross the borders thatThey seemed to be constant in earlier decades. Advances in communication systems, remote navigation and directional guidance helped allow data collection and satellites that it was only a few years ago. Given that humanity continues to seek more ways to use air transport and achieve cosmos, avionics will undoubtedly continue to evolve.
