What Is Load Control?

The load control module (LOAD CONTROL ELEMENT) for short is a circuit that can determine whether a load is connected to the circuit and use the information of the load to control the work of other loads.

It has the effect of intermodal transportation and its uses are very wide. 1) The working principle of the device's application circuit is shown in the figure. For the heat dissipation of electrical equipment, such as the cooling of the refrigerator and freezer in the summer, the cooling fan can usually be used to drive the heat. The synchronous control socket made by LCE does not need to make any changes to the device and its wiring, as long as the power plug of the electrical equipment is inserted into the power outlet CZ1, and the plug of the electric fan is inserted into the power outlet C22. When the electrical equipment is energized, the electric fan will automatically start to run and blow down the electrical appliances. When the power of the electrical equipment is disconnected, the electric fan will stop working immediately.
2) Sequential switch for high and low voltage power supply of tube power amplifier The application circuit working principle of this device is shown in the figure. In some electronic equipment or some other equipment consisting of vacuum tubes, several power supply voltages, such as high voltage and low voltage, need to be started in a certain order. If it is neglected for a while, it may be mishandled. The use of the LCE module can solve this problem. T1 is a low-voltage transformer, and its primary coil is connected in series on the leg of LCE; T2 is a high-voltage transformer, and this primary coil is connected in series on the leg of LCE. The normal starting sequence should be: first press the switch S1, after a while, let the filament of the vacuum tube warm up, then press the switch S2. If the operation sequence is reversed, the switch S2 is pressed first, and its circuit will not work, so the correctness of the operation procedure can be ensured.
3) Common antenna or TV power system The application circuit working principle of this device is shown in the figure. The common antenna amplifier and the power switch of the consumer television are usually separated. Sometimes the TV is not working, and the antenna amplifier is still connected to the power, consuming power in vain. At other times, there may be multiple TVs receiving the program, and the power switch of the shared antenna amplifier is not turned on. Of course, good reception is not obtained. The LCE module can be easily used for automatic control. When any of the TV sockets CZ1, C22, C23 (of course, more power sockets can be designed and installed, as long as the LCE power used allows), the power switch of the TV is closed. The power of the shared antenna amplifier is automatically supplied. This will not waste electric power, will not affect TV users, and does not require special management. [1]
