What is the control of solids?
solids control concerns the drilling technique used to provide drilling fluid for deep drilling sets and cleaning this liquid for further use. The technique is often called mud drilling because it uses water and mud flow to bring solids from holes for drilling equipment. This drilling fluid also facilitates the necessary hydrostatic pressure to prevent the influx of natural fluid formation into the opening opening. This technique increased the safety of the well drilling process and at the same time caused an exploratory drilling cost -effective possibilities. From the simple gravitational controlled pits of solids to comprehensive control systems of mechanical solids control, various techniques and devices used to remove solids from the drilling liquid allowed the drilling of the mud. With the creation of fixed control measures, boredom drilling has become much more economical as the patient's pain is reused. A number of processing pits were used to capture the drilling liquid from well drilling trains. When the fluid passed from one pit to another, it was allowed to settle. The gravitational force caused the solids to settle out of the liquid. The drill fluid could then be directed to the gas station where it was sent to the drilling device for reuse.
This early solid agent control system was used as a primary method until the shale shale shale in the 1930s. The Slate Thing uses a series of progressive smaller screens to filter cut materials from drilling liquid. Slate fruine, which acts on the same principle as the sorting machines, used gravel mining, removes debris from drilling by gravity and vibratuion. When the mud drilling passes through the shaking table, the vibrations cause larger cuts from the solution.
shale shale is often paired with another piece of mining equipment called hydrocyclone. Hyrdrocyclon with pIt uses in the process of controlling the solids for filtering drilling fluids by centrifugal force. By creating a whirlwind of drilling liquid inside the hydrocyclone, a solid mass formed by drilling is forced to the outer walls of the machine. These solids then slide down to the machine's drain slide while the cleaned drilling liquid is pumped back to the drilling device.
