Specialist Member

Article 9 Joining Procedure

Specialist members are organized for development and approval by professional committees in accordance with the provisions of this charter, reported to the Organizational Work Committee of the Association for review, and issued and managed by the Association.
Senior members and honorary members are recommended by the professional committees or organizational working committees and submitted to the Standing Council of the Association for approval. Article 12 Members of various types may withdraw from the membership. The withdrawal shall be reported in writing to the approval organization at the time of membership, and the membership certificate shall be returned. Members who do not pay dues on time or do not participate in the activities of the Association for one year (except those who leave for business and declare to the local society) are deemed to automatically withdraw from the membership and recover the membership certificate. Chapter IV Organizations and Personnel in Charge
Article 13 The highest authority of the Association is the National Member Congress. The National Member Congress is held every five years. Article 16 Authority of the Council

Article 17 The board of directors shall, after democratic consultation and election, have one chairman, several vice-chairmen and several executive directors to form the executive board, and shall exercise Article 16 during the intersessional period of the board. Article 26 The Association shall have honorary directors and honorary director units. Article 27 The Council may, as necessary, set up several working committees to undertake tasks assigned by the Council.

Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association
Article 36 Amendments to the articles of association of the Association shall be submitted to the National Congress of Members for review and approval after they have been approved by the Council.
Article 37 After the revised charter has been adopted by the National Assembly, it must be submitted to the Ministry of Health for review and approval within 15 days, and it must take effect after being approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Disposal of Property After Termination
Article 38 When the Association is unable to carry out normal activities for some reason, the council or standing council proposes a termination motion, which is voted and approved by more than two-thirds of the member representatives of the National Member Congress, and reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Health.
