What is a spa hydrotherapy?

SPA hydrotherapy is a type of spa that uses water to alleviate pain and symptoms caused by certain health conditions such as arthritis and menstrual convulsions. It was first used in ancient Greece and Rome, where the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates prescribed the treatment of cold water to treat general disease.
