Mainly showing weakened myocardial contractility, slowed heart rate, reduced cardiac output, decreased blood pressure and decreased plasma renin activity. Partially absorbed after oral administration, the bioavailability is about 30% [3] ; peak blood concentration is reached after 3-4 hours. In plasma, the binding rate to plasma proteins is 30%, and there is no liver first-pass effect. t ½ is 14-24 hours. V d is 2L / kg. About 70% are excreted from the kidneys in the original form, and the rest are excreted by feces [4] .
