What is Zen's physical therapy?
Body therapy, technically Zen BYTHERAPY®, was founded by Leigh oak and is a combination of Zen training of the Eastern and western frame of the body along with the superior rehabilitation of soft tissues. This therapy is also associated with teaching the circulation of the essence of life. It is based on the faith of the rolfing, which focuses on overworking the body structure; Feldenkrais, which focuses on improving human movement and function; and Zen, which concerns meditation. The main objective of Zen's physical therapy is to reduce physical and emotional anxiety, establish an aging process and revive the mind, body and soul. The oak was a master of soft tissue therapy, such as triggering points therapy. Oak is one of two people to train IDA Rolf, founder of Rolfing and Moshe Feldenkrais, founder of Feldenkrais Method. Each session builds from the previous session and has its own procedure for harmonizing the body and soul of the patient. In the first three sessions, the therapist removes all nodes in the soft tissue. The patient should feel relaxed and relieved of many pains with which withe dealt with before starting therapy.
While the first three sessions of ZEN body therapy are mainly concentrated on soft tissue problems, the last seven sessions have a deeper emphasis on individual parts of the body than the first three. The normal interval between relations is seven to ten days.
The only tools that the therapist uses in their patients is their hands, fingers, joints and elbows. There are several reports that certain massages can hurt the patient to relieve all nodes, but usually after removal of nodes, pain relieves and the patient feels relaxed and comfortable.
Zen physical therapy has many positive effects on the patient. This therapy can help with connective tissues and can actually balance and strengthen them. These sessions are able to treat not only physical illnesses but also emotional diseases. It has been said to also cause the patient to look younger than before starting treatment for some relaxationI work.
