Hemostasis: Mild nosebleeds can be applied by finger pressure (tilt the head forward, pinch the nose of the two noses for 5-10 minutes) or cautery (burn the bleeding point with silver nitrate). For more severe nosebleeds, the anterior nostril or posterior nostril dam plugging method can be adopted. The nasal cavity is stuffed with stuffing (commonly sterilized vaseline gauze) to stop bleeding. When a small number of severe nasal hemorrhage dam plugs are not effective, vascular ligation should be considered, and the blood vessels to be ligated depend on the bleeding site. Patients with recurrent nasal bleeding caused by nasal septum capillaries can be treated with local sclerotherapy, laser or surgery.
Patients with epistaxis can apply hemostatic drugs, such as Anluoxue, 6-aminocaproic acid, anti-fibrinoic acid, and vitamin C, k, etc., while using the above-mentioned local hemostasis methods. Infusion or Blood transfusion and treatment according to different causes.
