What is Cactus Barrel?
Barrel Cactus is a common name for cactus species of the ferocactus . The name sometimes also refers to members of the closely related family echinocactus . In the Echinocactus genus there are 25 to 30 species of barrel cactus belonging to the Ferocactus genus and six species.
