At the base of each sheet where the stem of the holiday meets the wine vine is a small dry nub. If the Pothos plant grows near the soil, this nub will spread and become a root. However, if Pothos is grown as a hanging plant, the vines can grow down without getting into contact with any surface. In this case, Nubs will remain dry and short at the base of each leaf, because wine leaves.

It is an easy way to lower the new Pothos plant is to place cutting in a glass of water and make sure that the NUB is immersed. In a few days, this NUB begins to spread to the creation of the root. After about a week when the root has grown and looks strong, cutting should be placed in the soil and well connected until it is determined.

Pothos plants are also popular as an inner plant because it has been shown to clean air. In the study conducted by the National Air and Space Administration (NASA), it has been shown that Pothos plants along with other internal varieties such as spider plants, chrysanthemum and philaodendone, eliminate a significant amount of toxic chemicals from the air. The study, for the first time published at the end of the 80s, was cooperation between NASA and the associated landscape of America (ALCA). It turned out that toxins such as formaldehyde and benzene found in a dangerously high level in many boarLarish buildings can be naturally and safely removed by internal plants.
