What is a stutter adjustment?
Stutter editing is a music production technique used in the production of electronic music. This technique includes repetition of small sound segments quickly. Stutter Edit® is also the name of the software plugin to edit the sound designed to the product of this effect. The sound of this effect is often unexpected and appalling, and when the electronic musician uses this sound, he generally should surprise and shake listeners.
