What is baobab?
Baobab is a deciduous tree that is originally from Africa and can also be found in Australia and India. It belongs to the Bombacaceae family. Many people believe that baobabs are one of the oldest species of living plants on Earth. The tree is often described as looking as if it has grown upside down. This is because the crooked branches that grow on top of the tree are often said to look like a bunch of roots. There are eight recorded species of Baobab trees. Six of them reportedly found that Madagascar was growing. These trees can grow up to 82 feet (about 25 m) high with a trunk circumference of up to 32.8 feet (about 10 m).
Baobaby are often considered impressive trees. There are a number of reasons. One of the reasons is that these trees can prosper in enemy environments, such as those where there is a large amount of heat and small water. These trees can store a large amount of water in their tribes, which allow them to survive through drought. Their capacity for water storage can be hundreds of liters.
Baobab can grow and survive in different types of land, including those that are poorly drained or alkaline. They will also remain alive. It is assumed that some of the trees that are nowadays are thousands of years old.
In many cases, one baobab that grows alone can be found with a small or no amount of vegetation around it. Baobab is a tree producing fruit. Its edible fruit -like fruit is generally round or oval and furry. The inner part of the fruit has a small consistency and many seeds. The leaves are usually present only on a tree for about three months of the year.
Another impressive aspect of baobab is that virtually every part of the tree can be used for something. For example, barks are used to make paper, fabric and rope. Leaves are often used for nutrition, but more importantly, they are used for native healing purposes. The fruit is often consumed and contains many nutrients such as vitamins C and B and proteins. SeedsThey are used to extract oil, which can be used as oil oil and for cosmetic products such as bath oils and lotions.
